DENVER - Today, Governor Polis took action in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Governor Polis signed an Executive Order amending and extending directives that will help ensure that agencies have continued access to State and federal funding to respond quickly to protect public health and allocate state resources responsibly to focus on recovery.
This Executive Order ends the temporary suspension of certain Department of Personnel & Administration rules and strikes a provision regarding the Colorado Department of Education’s public health data sharing with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
