DENVER — Colorado Governor Jared Polis and First Gentleman Marlon Reis welcome First Lady Jill Biden to Colorado on a visit showcasing the Polis Administration’s commitment to building a Colorado for All, including saving Colorado students, businesses, and families money, and bridging the digital divide to strengthen Colorado’s workforce.

On Friday, First Gentleman Reis will welcome First Lady Biden upon her arrival in Colorado at Denver International Airport. Dr. Biden recently visited Colorado in the aftermath of the devastating Marshall Fire, when Coloradans experienced firsthand President and Dr. Biden’s empathy, compassion, and resolve.
On Saturday, Lt. Governor Dianne Primavera will join Dr. Biden at the White House Initiative Latino Economic Summit at the Community College of Denver, to showcase the thriving economic engine of Colorado’s Latino community, and discuss Colorado’s bold steps to increase access to broadband internet access across the state, bringing real relief to Colorado students and workers and saving people money on high-speed internet services.
On Saturday evening, Governor Polis and Dr. Biden will speak at the Latin American Educational Foundation gala to discuss the importance of accessible, equitable higher-education to growing a strong, sustainable workforce for the future.
