Colorado Food Systems Advisory Council
The Council advances recommendations that strengthen healthy food access for all Coloradans through Colorado agriculture and local food systems and economies. It is the state conduit for hearing, reviewing and advancing critical food systems issues in which the state government does or could play a role.

Colorado Podiatry Board
The Colorado Podiatry Board conducts examinations and institutes hearings to revoke, suspend, deny or reissue licenses.

Division of Youth Services Community Boards
Community boards are created to promote transparency and community involvement in division facilities with each region (Northeast, Southern, Central and Western); provide opportunities for youths to build positive relationships with adult role models; and promote involvement in the community. Each community board must include six members with a diverse array of experience and perspective related to incarcerated youths.

Economic Development Commission
The Commission adopts an annual budget and develops guidelines for the expenditures of the fund for financial assistance such as loans, grants, and local match requirements to be provided for various types of projects. The Commission reviews the economic needs of the various geographical regions of Colorado and identifies the types of businesses which need the most support in terms of economic development. The Commission makes information and assistance available for companies interested in relocating or expanding their operations in the state of Colorado. In addition, the Commission has the authority to work with the Department of Local Affairs on the consideration of recertification of enterprise zones.

Governor’s Commission on Community Service
The Commission shall recommend to the Governor a comprehensive national and community service plan for the state that is developed through an open and public process and updated annually. The plan shall address the state’s needs in the areas of school safety, preventing youth violence, literacy and mentoring or disadvantaged youth. The Commission also administers funds received from the Corporation on National and Community Service.

Governor’s Expert Emergency Epidemic Response Committee
The Committee shall amend the state disaster plan that deals with the public health response to acts of bioterrorism, pandemic influenza and epidemics caused by infectious agents. The Committee shall also advise the Governor in the event of an emergency epidemic.

Judicial Nominating Commissions
There is a judicial district nominating commission for each of Colorado’s 22 judicial districts that selects nominees for district and county judicial vacancies. Each district nominating commission is chaired by a justice of the Supreme Court, who is a non-voting member of the commission.

Eighth Judicial District Nominating Commission
for a term expiring December 31, 2027:
- Jordan Wiswell of Fort Collins, Colorado, to serve as an attorney, a Democrat, and a member from Larimer County, occasioned by the resignation of Kimberly Baker Medina of Fort Collins, Colorado, appointed.
Fifteenth Judicial District Nominating Commission

Minority Business Advisory Council
The Council provides a public forum at which the perspective of minority businesses is
brought to the attention of the State and makes recommendations for regulatory changes needed at all levels of government to encourage the initiation, stability and growth of minority businesses in Colorado.

Sickle Cell Anemia Advisory Committee
The Sickle-Cell Anemia Board uses the existing staff and facilities of the University of Colorado School of Medicine to establish programs and conduct research for the care and treatment of persons suffering from sickle-cell anemia. The Board shall be composed of eleven members representing hospitals, voluntary agencies interested in sickle-cell anemia, medical specialists in sickle-cell anemia patient care, and the general public.

- Ellie Titarenko of Arvada, Colorado, to serve as a representative of a medical specialist in sickle-cell anemia patient care;

Sixth Judicial District Judicial Performance Commission
Commissions on Judicial Performance were created in 1988 by the Colorado General Assembly for the purpose of providing voters with fair, responsible and constructive evaluations of judges and justices seeking retention. The results also provide judges with information to help improve their professional skills as judicial officers.

State Board of Veterinary Medicine
The State Board of Veterinary Medicine regulates and licenses veterinarians in the State of Colorado. The Board establishes and enforces professional standards through the development and maintenance of rules and policies, ensuring that only qualified persons are licensed to provide veterinary care, and that violators of the laws and rules regulating veterinary medicine are sanctioned as appropriate.

Water Quality Control Commission
The Commission is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive and effective program for prevention, control and abatement of water pollution of the waters throughout the entire State.
