DENVER - The Colorado Division of Insurance (DOI), part of the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), is taking action to protect Colorado insurance consumers and reduce insurance delays for restaurants and workers during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

DENVER - Gov. Jared Polis released the following statement after the Senate unanimously approved a measure to provide critical funding for Colorado and other states to address COVID-19. The bill is expected to pass the House this week.

DENVER - Today Gov. Polis and the Department of Public Health and Environment are releasing an updated public health order in accordance with yesterday’s executive order implementing a statewide stay-at-home order.

CENTENNIAL - Today Gov. Polis announced a statewide stay-at-home order beginning on Thursday, March 26 at 6:00 a.m. and will last until April 11, 2020. The Governor also provided an update on the state’s response to COVID-19 and actions taken to limit the spread of the virus.

DENVER - Today Gov. Polis released guidance to local governments and law enforcement agencies on limiting and preventing the spread of COVID-19.

DENVER - Gov. Polis signed the following bills into law today. These bills were signed administratively.

DENVER - Today Gov. Polis sent a letter to the Presidents of Albertsons Companies, which owns Safeway, and The Kroger Co., which owns King Soopers and City Market, encouraging new safety protocols for customers and employees. In the letter, the Governor also applauds efforts currently underway.
