The Governor appointed Rayna Gokli McIntyre to fill a vacancy occasioned by the appointment of the Honorable Jaclyn Brown to the Colorado Court of Appeals; he appointed Patrick H. Pugh to fill a vacancy occasioned by the retirement of the Honorable F. Michael Goodbee; and he appointed Jeffrey Allen Smith to fill a vacancy occasioned by the retirement of the Honorable Patrick T. Murphy.
