Governor Polis Celebrates Milestone, 80% of Coloradans 70 and Older Now Vaccinated

DENVER - Today, Governor Jared Polis announced that 80% of Coloradans 70 years and older have now received at least one dose of the vaccine. Coloradans in this age group have accounted for 78% of deaths and 40% of hospitalizations throughout the pandemic.

EATON, CO - Today, Governor Jared Polis launched Mobile COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics that will run routes in all four corners of the state, reaching medically underserved Coloradans in their own communities. Gov. Polis Visits Community Vaccination Site at Colorado State Fairgrounds Run in Partnership with Centura and Pueblo County

PUEBLO, CO - Today Governor Polis visited the State Community Vaccination Site at the Colorado State Fairgrounds in Pueblo. Centura is running this site in partnership with the state. The vaccination site is a drive-thru and will be providing 7,000 vaccines per week. All vaccines are free with no copay.
