RAISE Grant Would Fund Projects in Grand Junction, Rifle and Glenwood Springs and Build Upon Polis Administration’s Revitalizing Main Streets Program

DENVER — Gov. Jared Polis is urging U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and the Biden administration to support projects that would boost mobility and economic growth for communities along the Western Slope.

DENVER - Governor Jared Polis was re-elected to serve on the executive committee of the National Governors Association (NGA) by his gubernatorial colleagues from across 55 states, territories, and commonwealths.

“Governors are at the forefront of transformational change and I’m honored to be selected for this position by my Democratic and Republican colleagues. The NGA is a valuable forum for forming economic partnerships, formulating new ideas, and solving problems for our states and for our country,” said Colorado Governor Jared Polis.
